Decent for scheduling, needs work

I signed up for the gym management software a few months ago after using a free demo. The class scheduling feature works pretty well, and clients seem to find the Mindbody App easy enough for booking. However, the business reporting and analytics could be more intuitive. It feels like I have to dig a bit to find the data I need. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about integrated payment processing, which was a plus. Overall, it's a solid tool, but there's room for refinement in some areas.

I used the yoga studio software. Ordering was straightforward online. Delivery isn't really a thing for software, but activation was quick. Had a question about setting up automated waitlists; support replied within a few hours and helped me sort it out. It does what it needs to.

Smooth switch, minor bugs

I switched to the Mindbody salon management software last month, after using a competitor for years. The onboarding process was surprisingly smooth, and the staff management features have been a real time-saver. Integrated payment processing set up easily. I did run into a few minor bugs with the online booking widget initially, but a quick update seemed to fix most of them. My clients like the branded mobile app. It's a good system for the price, definitely better than what I had before. Took about 3 days to fully transfer all my client data.
